The controller of personal data is BE4GROUP Sp. z o.o., ul. Zbąszyńska 24a, 66-320 Trzciel, Poland, VAT ID: PL9581728385, REGON: 523397930.
Contact: info@be4group.com, phone: +48 601 340 800.
2. What data we may process
The website is informational and business-oriented. It does not provide user accounts, online orders or payment processing.
We may process data you provide by email or telephone, in particular your name, email address, telephone number, company name and information included in your message.
When you use the website, the server may also record basic technical data such as IP address, connection date and time, browser and device information and pages visited.
3. Why we process data
- responding to enquiries and conducting correspondence,
- preparing offers and conducting B2B cooperation,
- managing contacts with manufacturers and commercial partners,
- ensuring the security and proper operation of the website,
- traffic statistics and analytics — after obtaining the required consent,
- establishing, pursuing or defending potential claims,
- fulfilling obligations arising from applicable law.
Depending on the situation, processing is based on Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) or (f) of the GDPR.
4. Analytics and Google Tag Manager
The website is prepared to use analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, managed for example through Google Tag Manager. Tools requiring user consent are activated only after consent is given.
Analytics can help us assess visitor numbers, page popularity, traffic sources, device types and how the website is used. You can refuse consent or withdraw it later via “Cookie settings”.
Where we use Google services, the provider for users in the European Economic Area is generally Google Ireland Limited. Details of Google’s data processing are set out in the provider’s privacy policy.
5. SEO, search engines and AI crawlers
To monitor website visibility, we may use tools such as Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and other SEO tools.
Publicly available pages may be visited and indexed by search engine crawlers and AI systems. Access rules for public content are defined, among other things, in the file robots.txt. This may include OAI-SearchBot and GPTBot. These crawlers do not receive access to private correspondence or data that is not publicly visible.
6. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to service providers supporting our business, such as hosting and email providers, IT and analytics providers, SEO service providers, accountants, legal advisers and other professional advisers — only to the extent necessary to provide those services.
Data may also be disclosed to authorised public bodies where required by law.
7. How long we retain data
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle a matter or cooperation and then for the period required by law or necessary to protect against potential claims. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the relevant tool and the consents given.
8. Your rights
Where provided by law, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability and withdraw consent.
For matters concerning personal data, contact us at info@be4group.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
9. Fonts and external services
Fonts used by the website are hosted locally on Be4group servers, so simply viewing the website does not require downloading them from Google Fonts.
The Google Translate option is activated only after you intentionally select the relevant link. Once you move to that service, Google’s privacy rules apply.
10. Security and changes to this policy
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. Connections to the website are secured using HTTPS.
This policy may be updated if the law, website functionality or tools used change.
