1. What are cookies?
Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of information stored on or read from a user’s device. They can support proper website operation, remember settings and — with consent — enable statistics.
2. Which categories we use
Essential
These support website security, basic operation and remembering your privacy choice. They are not used for advertising and do not require optional consent.
Analytics
With your consent, these may be used to measure traffic and website usage, for example through Google Analytics 4. Analytics tools requiring consent are not activated without it.
3. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
The website is prepared for the future activation of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. The implemented consent mechanism blocks analytics measurement by default and enables it only after the user’s choice.
If we introduce advertising or marketing tools that require additional consent categories in the future, the banner and this policy will be updated accordingly.
4. How the consent banner works
On your first visit you can choose “Accept all”, “Essential only” or open “Settings”. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit.
You can reopen the panel at any time via the link “Cookie settings” in the website footer and change your choice.
5. Legal basis
For technologies requiring consent, we apply the GDPR and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024. Technologies necessary for the proper provision of the service may be used within the scope permitted by law.
6. SEO, robots.txt and AI crawlers
Files robots.txt, sitemap.xml, Google Search Console and search engine or AI crawlers are not cookies. They are used to index and monitor publicly available content. Crawler visits may appear in standard server logs.
7. Fonts and Google Translate
Fonts are hosted locally on our server and do not require a connection to Google Fonts.
Automatic translation through Google Translate is activated only after you click the relevant link. Once you move to Google’s service, technologies may be used according to that provider’s rules.
8. Browser settings
Independently of our panel, you can delete or block cookies and other website data in your browser settings. Please note that deleting website data may cause the consent banner to appear again.
